Why would you cook a whole fish? The same reason you’d cook a whole chicken – when the flesh is cooked on the bone, it tastes juicier and more flavorful. At Palmer’s DTYM we offer several different varieties of whole or “head-on” fish each day. Of course, we will skin, scale, filet or steak the fish to your liking. And if what you are looking for is not on the ice, Palmers can usually get it for you if it is in season and available. Just ask!
