Welcome to Palmer’s Advantage! By joining the program, you agree to the terms below. We’ve kept them simple and easy to understand.
1. Who Can Join
Anyone 18 or older with a valid email address can join for free.
2. How to Join
Sign up online or in-store. Please make sure your information is accurate so we can send you your points and rewards.
3. How You Earn Points

You earn 1 point for every dollar spent on qualifying purchases.

Points are based on the amount you spend before tax and after discounts.

Points may take up to a day or two to appear in your account.

Points can’t be sold, transferred, or turned into cash.

Double-Points Tuesdays: Each Tuesday, shop in-store to earn 2 points for every dollar spent on qualifying purchases (subject to blackout date restrictions).
4. How Rewards Work

Once you reach the required number of points (for example, 300 points for a $15 reward), you can redeem the reward and apply it to your next purchase.

Rewards can only be used on qualifying purchases at Palmer’s.

Rewards can’t be exchanged for cash, gift cards, or store credit.
5. Expiration
If your account is inactive for 12 months, your points and rewards may expire.
6. Changes to the Program
We may update, pause, or end the program at any time. If the program ends, any unused points or rewards may expire.
7. Fair Use
If we see fraud or misuse of the program (such as multiple accounts or fake purchases), we may cancel points or close the account.
8. Emails & Communication
We’ll email you about your points, rewards, and offers. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time, but we may still send important operational updates to keep your account in good standing.
9. Your Privacy
Your information is protected and handled according to our Privacy Policy. We don’t sell your information.
