3 pounds Certified Angus Beef ® brisket
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 cup BBQ sauce
16 slider buns
2 cups coleslaw (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
Prepare Brisket:
- Preheat oven to 300°F.
- Season brisket with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Place brisket in a roasting pan, cover tightly with foil, and cook for 3-4 hours, or until tender.
Shred Brisket:
- Remove brisket from oven and let rest for 15 minutes.
- Shred brisket using two forks and mix with BBQ sauce.
Assemble Sliders:
- Place a generous portion of BBQ brisket on the bottom half of each slider bun.
- Top with a spoonful of coleslaw.
- Cover with the top half of the slider bun.
Serve:
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the brisket overnight in your favorite BBQ sauce before cooking.
