Ingredients
2 Palmer’s Sirloin or Tenderloin Spiedies (Certified Angus Beef®)
4 (8-inch) skewers
1/4 cup mayonnaise
4 hoagie buns
2 teaspoons Italian dressing seasoning mix
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
Instructions
1. Soak Skewers: Soak your skewers overnight in water to prevent them from burning while grilling.
2. Preheat Grill: Preheat your grill to high heat.
3. Grill Beef: Skewer the beef cubes and grill for six minutes, rotating to sear all sides. Allow the skewers to rest for five minutes. While the grill is still hot, toast the inside of the hoagie buns.
4. Prepare Spread: In a bowl, combine two teaspoons of Italian dressing seasoning mix, one tablespoon of olive oil, and one teaspoon of balsamic vinegar. Spread the mixture on the inside of the grilled hoagie buns.
5. Assemble Sandwiches: Place one skewer in each bun. Slide the beef off the skewer into the bun.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
