Ingredients
1 package Country Style Pork Ribs
1 bottle Burning Asphalt Sauces Peach Bourbon BBQ Sauce
1 package Con Yeager Spice Company Sweet Bourbon Marinade
1 peach
1 cup coleslaw
Olive oil
Salt & pepper
Instructions
1. Prepare Pork Ribs: Coat the pork ribs in the Con Yeager Sweet Bourbon Marinade dry rub. Drizzle with a touch of olive oil.
2. Grill Pork Ribs: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the pork ribs on the grill and cook for 6 minutes on one side.
3. Prepare Peaches: While the ribs are grilling, slice the peach into thin slices and toss them in olive oil.
4. Flip and Add Peaches: Turn the pork ribs over and grill the other side for another 6 minutes. Add the peach slices to the grill at this time. Baste the ribs on each side with the Burning Asphalt Peach Bourbon BBQ Sauce to caramelize.
5. Finish Grilling: Grill the peach slices for about 3 minutes on each side until they are slightly caramelized.
6. Check Doneness: Ensure the pork ribs reach an internal temperature of 195°F to 203°F. Once done, let them rest for 3 minutes before cutting them down the lines.
7. Season and Plate: Season both the ribs and peaches with salt and pepper. Plate the pork ribs and give them another coating of the Peach Bourbon BBQ sauce, then add the peaches on top.
Notes
Monitor Temperature: Use a meat thermometer to ensure the pork ribs reach an internal temperature of 195°F to 203°F for optimal tenderness.
Caramelization: Baste the ribs with the BBQ sauce during the last few minutes of grilling to achieve a caramelized glaze.
Pairing Suggestion: Serve with a refreshing side of coleslaw to balance the rich flavors of the pork and peaches.
