1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/2 cup Buffalo sauce

1 tablespoon olive oil

4 large flour tortillas

2 cups shredded lettuce

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/2 cup shredded carrots

1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese

1/4 cup ranch dressing

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Brush with olive oil and grill for 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked. Alternatively, cook in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Once cooked, let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice it into thin strips.
  4. In a bowl, toss the chicken strips with Buffalo sauce until well coated.
  5. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
  6. To assemble the wraps, place a layer of shredded lettuce on each tortilla, followed by diced tomatoes, shredded carrots, Buffalo chicken strips, crumbled blue cheese, and a drizzle of ranch dressing.
  7. Roll up the tortillas, folding in the sides to enclose the filling.
  8. Serve immediately, with extra Buffalo sauce and ranch dressing on the side if desired.

Notes

These wraps can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for a quick grab-and-go meal.
