1 tablespoon olive oil
8 small flour or corn tortillas
2 cups shredded cabbage
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lime juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Rub the catfish fillets with Cajun seasoning, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the catfish fillets and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- While the fish is cooking, prepare the slaw by combining shredded cabbage, carrots, cilantro, mayonnaise, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
- Once the catfish is cooked, flake it into bite-sized pieces.
