Ingredients

Scale

4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets

1 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped

2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped

2 tablespoons fresh thyme, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon lemon zest

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Prepare Herb Crust: In a medium bowl, combine breadcrumbs, parsley, dill, thyme, garlic, lemon zest, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the breadcrumbs are evenly coated with the herbs and oil.

Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Season each fillet with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Coat Salmon with Herb Mixture: Press the herb and breadcrumb mixture onto the top of each salmon fillet, ensuring an even layer.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the herb crust is golden brown.

Serve the herb crusted salmon with lemon wedges on the side. Enjoy!

Notes

Success Tips: For extra flavor, marinate the salmon fillets in lemon juice and olive oil for 15 minutes before adding the herb crust.

Pairing Suggestions: Serve with roasted vegetables, steamed asparagus, or a fresh green salad for a complete meal.
