2 pounds fresh mussels, cleaned and debearded
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup chicken or seafood broth
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions
1. Prepare Mussels:
- Ensure mussels are thoroughly cleaned and debearded. Discard any mussels that are open and do not close when tapped.

3. Add Wine and Broth:
