12 oz Palmer’s Candied Bacon
6 large eggs
6 Costanzo’s Slider Buns
6 slices cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon Upstate Farms unsalted butter
Palmer’s Nearly Famous Coarse Sea Salt, to taste
Palmer’s Nearly Famous Black Pepper, to taste
Maple syrup, optional
Instructions
- Cook the candied bacon in a skillet over medium heat until heated through, caramelized, and crisp around the edges. Transfer to a rack.
- Whisk eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper. Melt butter in a skillet over medium-low heat and gently scramble until fully set.
- Split and lightly toast the slider buns.
- Layer each bun with scrambled egg, cheddar, and candied bacon.
- Serve warm, with a small drizzle of maple syrup if desired.
Notes
Candied bacon already brings plenty of sweetness, so keep any maple syrup light.
