Ingredients
2 portioned salmon fillets
1/2 cup mango puree
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
1/2 teaspoon lime zest
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine mango puree, honey, soy sauce, ginger, lime zest, lime juice, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Place on prepared baking sheet.
